Code of Conduct
D4G holds players, parents, and coaches to a high standard of conduct. Our Code of Conduct covers sportsmanship, communication, social media, and behavior at all D4G events.

In the event of a medical emergency at a D4G event, contact 911 immediately. D4G staff will also be available on-site. Please ensure your child's emergency contact information and medical release forms are current and on file with the program.
